Is a golf cart included with your rentals?

Almost all of our homes include a golf cart at no extra charge — only a $20 insurance fee per booking. In The Villages the cart is how you actually get around: to the town squares, the pools, the executive golf courses and the rec centers, all on dedicated cart paths. Drivers must be 25 or older and sign a short waiver before using it.
What is a Villages Lifestyle ID and do I need one?

A Lifestyle ID is the pass that lets visitors use The Villages amenities — the pools, recreation centers, executive golf courses and resident events. It is $50 per form, collected in person at a Villages sales centre — cash or check made out to “The Villages”, not card — and it is optional. We file the homeowner authorization paperwork for you before you arrive, so all you do is pick the card up.
How close are your homes to the town squares?

Every home we manage lists its real driving distance to the nearest squares — Brownwood Paddock Square, Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs, Eastport and Sawgrass Grove. Several are under a mile. Each square has live music every single night of the year, plus restaurants and shops.
What is the minimum stay?

It varies by home and season, and is shown on each listing. Peak snowbird season (January through March) typically runs on longer minimum stays, while summer and shoulder months are far more flexible. Monthly and seasonal stays get better nightly rates.
Can I book directly instead of through Airbnb?

Yes, and it usually costs less. Booking direct on our site means no platform service fee on top of the nightly rate. Cleaning is already included in the price you see, and almost every home comes with a golf cart — there is a $20 insurance fee and a short waiver before you drive it.
What is already in the home when I arrive?

All of our homes are fully furnished and turnkey — linens, towels, a stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi and a smart TV. Most people arrive with a suitcase and nothing else. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, with self check-in by keypad so you can arrive on your own schedule.
Do you allow pets?

Some of our homes are dog-friendly and some are not — it is set by each homeowner and shown clearly on the listing. Pet-friendly rentals are genuinely scarce in The Villages, so if you are travelling with a dog it is worth booking early.
