Guests have access to the entire home — both bedrooms, both en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas plus the golfcart.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES (Resident ID required): Access to The Villages' pools, pickleball courts, golf, fitness classes, and more requires a Village Resident ID card ($50 per request form — not per person; limit 2 per home). Once you have your IDs, visit any Regional Recreation Center to request guest passes for additional members of your group.
Guest passes are valid for all amenities except sports pools. You do not need to be present for your guests to use the facilities. A small greens fee (~$11) applies at executive golf courses.
Please note: commercial vehicles may not park on-site overnight.

NO SMOKING: The home is strictly non-smoking indoors. No open flames on the screened porch.
PARKING: Two vehicles max in the driveway. No RVs or commercial vehicles overnight.

Drivers must be licensed and 25 or older. In The Villages the cart is how most people get around: the town squares, pools, golf and recreation centers are all reachable on the cart paths.
- Do we need a Villages Lifestyle ID, and do you arrange it?
- Yes, and yes. A Lifestyle ID is what lets guests use The Villages amenities — the pools, recreation centers, golf and resident events. It is $50 for the request form, which covers up to two IDs for the home — that is the maximum The Villages issues per property, and everyone else in your party can get free guest passes once those two are collected. The Villages only accepts applications from the homeowner or their authorised representative, so you cannot file it yourself. We file it before you arrive, so your IDs are ready to collect when you get here.
