Sink into plush seating in the open living area, stream your favorites on the large smart TV, or gather around the six-seat dining table for a home-cooked meal. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, whether you're here for a long weekend or a longer stay.

Enjoy the primary bedroom with a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed, while the third bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, perfect for kids, travel companions, or coworkers along for the trip.

With high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix available, you can unwind in the second living area or relax on the screened-in lanai.

Eastport, The Villages’ newest town center, is right at your doorstep, offering dining, shopping, golf, trails, and parks set around a scenic 1,000-meter lake. Nearby, Saluki Recreation features pools, pickleball, tennis, bocce, and more.

Olympia Recreation brings even more to enjoy with indoor courts, basketball, volleyball, and the community’s first rock-climbing wall. Bellaire Executive Course is perfect for a quick 9 holes, while Sawgrass Grove, Shallow Creek, Southern Oaks, and more are all just a short golf cart ride away.

To enjoy The Villages’ pools, recreation centers, pickleball courts, and executive golf courses, Village Resident IDs are required. Each card is $50, and we handle the entire process ahead of your arrival so your IDs are ready and waiting for you.

Guest will have access to every space in the property.

You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Other things to note:

Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.

While we don’t live on-site, we’re always just a message or call away! Our friendly, responsive team is available 24/7 via Airbnb messaging or phone to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

For anything urgent, we also have a local Operations Manager and a Quality Control Specialist based right here in The Villages. Contact information for the on-site Operations Manager will be provided after check-in to assist with any immediate needs.
