A single-story home in one of The Villages' newest southern neighborhoods, thoughtfully furnished with a relaxed coastal feel. The open-concept great room connects a living area with smart TV, a dining table for four, and a full kitchen with stainless gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a stocked coffee bar. Vaulted ceilings and lighted ceiling fans run throughout. Two bedrooms each have their own smart TV — the primary opens to the great room and has an ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is coastal-themed with a full guest bath nearby. Out back, a covered lanai and open patio look over green space with no rear neighbors. In-unit washer and dryer, and a 4-seater golf cart included.
Guests have the entire home to themselves, including the private driveway, the attached garage space, the covered lanai and back patio, and the included 4-seater golf cart. The full kitchen, laundry, both bedrooms, and both bathrooms are all yours for the stay. The home sits in a golf-cart-friendly Villages community with easy access to shops, dining, recreation, and pools.

Pets: dog-friendly for one dog under 20 lbs — please tell us about your pup in advance; a $100 pet fee applies. This is a non-smoking home. No pool or hot tub on-site; community pools and recreation are a short golf-cart ride away. The included Evolution electric 4-seater golf cart requires a valid driver's license to operate. A $50 resident/lifestyle ID fee applies. No security deposit. Please treat the home and neighbors with care — this is a quiet residential community. Security: there is one exterior security camera mounted at the front entry, facing the driveway and street. It does not cover the lanai, the backyard, or any interior space.

- Yes, and yes. A Lifestyle ID is what lets guests use The Villages amenities — the pools, recreation centers, golf and resident events. It is $50 for the request form, which covers up to two IDs for the home — that is the maximum The Villages issues per property, and everyone else in your party can get free guest passes once those two are collected. The Villages only accepts applications from the homeowner or their authorised representative, so you cannot file it yourself. We file it before you arrive, so your IDs are ready to collect when you get here.
