The kitchen is fully equipped and genuinely ready for real cooking. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before a round of golf or settling in for a proper home-cooked dinner, you won't find yourself digging through bare cabinets.

Long stay or weekend getaway — it's set up for both. And because nobody wants to live out of a suitcase, there's a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your trip.

Guests have access to the entire home — both bedrooms, both en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, screened back porch, fenced backyard, and the garaged golf cart.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES (Resident ID required): Access to The Villages' pools, pickleball courts, golf, fitness classes, and more requires a Village Resident ID card ($50 per request form — not per person; limit 2 per home). Once you have your IDs, visit any Regional Recreation Center to request guest passes for additional members of your group.

Guest passes are valid for all amenities except sports pools. You do not need to be present for your guests to use the facilities. A small greens fee (~$11) applies at executive golf courses.

Please note: commercial vehicles may not park on-site overnight.

We're available by message throughout your stay and typically respond within an hour. For anything urgent, you can reach us directly by phone.

Check-in is fully self-guided via smart lock, we'll send your door code before arrival. No need to coordinate timing with us.

ADDRESS NOTE: The home's mailing address shows "Sumterville" — this is simply the local municipality. The property is fully within The Villages community and has complete access to all Villages amenities.

GOLF CART: The included golf cart is street-legal within The Villages' designated cart paths. Guests drive at their own risk. A valid driver's license is required.

QUIET HOURS: Please observe community quiet hours from 10pm–8am.

NO SMOKING: The home is strictly non-smoking indoors. No open flames on the screened porch.

PARKING: Two vehicles max in the driveway. No RVs or commercial vehicles overnight.
