Guests have access to the entire home — both bedrooms, both en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, screened back porch, fenced backyard, etc.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES (Resident ID required): Access to The Villages' pools, pickleball courts, golf, fitness classes, and more requires a Village Resident ID card ($50). Once you have your IDs, visit any Regional Recreation Center to request guest passes for additional members of your group.

Guest passes are valid for all amenities except sports pools. You do not need to be present for your guests to use the facilities. A small greens fee (~$11) applies at executive golf courses.

Please note: commercial vehicles may not park on-site overnight.

NO SMOKING: The home is strictly non-smoking indoors. No open flames on the screened porch.

PARKING: Two vehicles max in the driveway. No RVs or commercial vehicles overnight.
