About this home
Bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the Village of Well Point, a short drive from Eastport and Sawgrass Grove. Open living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, a covered back lanai with ceiling fan and table for four, a dedicated workspace for working from home, bidets, a 4-seat golf cart, and a 2-car garage. Sleeps 6. Dogs under 20 pounds are OK.
The living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space with vaulted ceilings, a large wall TV and lots of natural light. The kitchen has stainless appliances and an island with seating for three. Sliding doors lead to the covered lanai with a ceiling fan and outdoor dining for four. The primary bedroom has its own TV, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and grab bar. Two more bedrooms share the hall bath with a tub and shower. Bidets are installed. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to work from home. Laundry room with washer and dryer, front porch seating, and a 2-car garage. A 4-seat golf cart comes with the home ($20 cart fee and a short waiver apply). The golf cart is an optional amenity. If you'd like to use it, each driver signs our golf cart waiver before first use. We'll send it after you book. Not using the cart? No waiver needed.
You'll have the whole home to yourselves with self check-in. Codes and directions come in your check-in message. The golf cart code is sent once the waiver and $20 cart fee are done.
We're a local family in The Villages and are available by message or phone throughout your stay.
Villages Lifestyle guest IDs (pools, rec centers, executive golf) are only available at this home for stays of 30 nights or more; the guest pays the ID fee at pickup. Golf cart use requires a signed waiver and the $20 cart fee. Dogs under 20 pounds are OK. No cats.

- Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-guided with a smart lock — we send your door code before you arrive.
- Is a golf cart included?
- Yes — a golf cart comes with The Heron. There is a $20 insurance fee and a short liability waiver to sign before you drive it, which we send you ahead of arrival. Drivers must be licensed and 25 or older. In The Villages the cart is how most people get around: the town squares, pools, golf and recreation centers are all reachable on the cart paths.
- Do we need a Villages Lifestyle ID, and do you arrange it?
- Yes, and yes. A Lifestyle ID is what lets guests use The Villages amenities — the pools, recreation centers, golf and resident events. It is $50 for the request form, which covers up to two IDs for the home — that is the maximum The Villages issues per property, and everyone else in your party can get free guest passes once those two are collected. The Villages only accepts applications from the homeowner or their authorised representative, so you cannot file it yourself. We file it before you arrive, so your IDs are ready to collect when you get here.
