The primary bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed and is just down the hall from the second bathroom, which has a tub and shower combo. The den has a TV, a desk, and a sitting area, so it works as a quiet place to read or catch up on email.

Out back, the enclosed lanai has a ceiling fan and comfortable seating, and it opens to a patio with a grill. The home has an attached garage that guests can use, and a washer and dryer are in the home.

You'll have the whole home to yourselves. Check-in is self check-in, and your door code and directions come in your check-in message before arrival.

This home is in the Village of Pennecamp, in the middle of The Villages. Lake Sumter Landing, with its restaurants, shops, and live music every night, is about a 9 minute drive. Brownwood Paddock Square is about 13 minutes away and Spanish Springs about 17 minutes. Pennecamp Pool is just down the street, and several more neighborhood pools and recreation centers are within a mile. Bonita Pass executive golf course is less than half a mile away, and Cane Garden Country Club championship golf is about a mile away. Publix in Brownwood is about 13 minutes by car.

The Villages is built for golf carts, with cart paths and tunnels that connect neighborhoods, pools, golf, and the town squares. A golf cart comes with the home for a $20 fee. Golf cart use requires a signed waiver.

Villages amenities like pools, recreation centers, and executive golf require a Villages Lifestyle ID. We submit the request for you, and you pick up your IDs in person when you arrive. The Villages charges a $50 processing fee for up to two IDs. Others in your group can get free Guest IDs at a regional recreation center.
