Every home we manage is a real house: full kitchen, laundry, garage, lanai. You are staying in a neighbourhood, not a complex, and most guests tell us that is the point.
Three town squares — Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square — have free live music every single night of the year. Between them and the golf, that is most evenings and mornings accounted for without planning anything.
Where a cart is included there is a $20 insurance charge for the stay and a short liability waiver to sign — the access code is emailed to you automatically once it is done.

Common questions
Do I have to be 55 to stay in The Villages?
The Villages is age-restricted and the occupancy rules come from each home’s district deed restrictions, so they vary. Tell us the home and your dates and we will confirm what applies rather than give you a general answer that might not hold. Some amenities also have their own rules — the adult pools are adult-only for residents and renters alike.
What is there to do?
Golf on more than fifty courses, over a hundred recreation centers and pools, pickleball, and free live music every night at Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Orlando is around an hour away and the coast about ninety minutes.
Do I need a Villages Lifestyle ID?
Only if you want the pools, recreation centers, pickleball or golf. It is $50 per request form — not per person — and one form covers one or two IDs. Two is the maximum The Villages issues per home; everyone else in your group uses free guest passes from any Regional Recreation Center. We apply on your behalf, so you never contact The Villages yourself. Payment is cash or check made out to “The Villages” when you collect the cards — they do not take credit cards. It is not same-day, so send us your details as early as you can.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes. Booking with us directly avoids the platform service fee Airbnb and Vrbo add at checkout, and you deal with the people who actually manage the home rather than a call centre.

There were numerous restaurants and shopping areas within just few minutes. Host was great, very communicative and even gracious with extra time to check out. You will enjoy this home!
